　　Pre-School to Pre Kindergarten 幼兒園小班到中班

　　(3-6 years of age) 3歲-6歲

　　These are developmental years of a child’s learning where learning experiences integrate socio-emotional, physical and cognitive development. Children are active in the learning process which lays a solid foundation for future learning. Teachers design stimulating and appropriate experiences to develop the young child’s brain. They create dynamic environments that promote play, discovery and exploration. Teacher supports children to explore their environment and learn about their world through play and relationships with peers, teachers, family and community members. Pre-School and Pre-Kinder cover four units of inquiry throughout the year, and Kindergarten covers 6 units.

　　這是一個孩子學習的發展期，孩子將社會情感、身體和認知發展結合在一起。孩子們在學習過程中積極參與、思考問題，為將來的學習打下了堅實的基礎。教師們結合以往教學經驗，通過設計課程來開發幼兒智力發育，通過生動的學習環境、趣味游戲、探索發現培養孩子們對學習的好奇心。教師支持孩子們通過游戲、與同學的互動、老師的教導、家庭和社區成員的關系來探索他們的環境，了解他們的世界。幼兒小班至中班的學生在一學年將學習到四個單元。
