小學部通過小班化管理(24人/班)，關(guān)注每一個學生在教育教學過程中知識與技能、能力與認知的發(fā)展狀態(tài)，以及語言、邏輯和學術(shù)發(fā)展水平。尤其關(guān)注兒童心理發(fā)展，通過心理課程、生命教育課程以及各類社團活動、社會實踐活動，讓每個孩子在學校教育中都能獲得成就感和認同感。

Haileybury Primary School adopts small class management (a maximum of 24 students per class), focusing on the development status of knowledge, skills, abilities, and cognition of each student in the education and teaching process, as well as the level of language, logic, and academic development. 在外語教學方面采用純外教、沉浸式、分層教學方式，關(guān)注每一個孩子的語言質(zhì)量和應(yīng)用水平。在體育運動方面，學校以游泳課程作為必修課，全面提升學生體適能。從一年級到六年級開設(shè)輪滑、擊劍、跆拳道、高爾夫、搏擊、網(wǎng)球二級訓練課程;在藝術(shù)教育領(lǐng)域，小學開設(shè)了芭蕾、小軍鼓、街舞、小提琴、戲劇、單簧管二級藝術(shù)課程。在體藝課程之外，學校設(shè)有足球、籃球、游泳、管樂隊、健美操、合唱團等校隊俱樂部。
