　　我們鼓勵學生參與校內外的各類活動，學習并發展新的技能或培養廣泛的興趣愛好。“走出舒適區，不斷挑戰自我”是蘇科外高 級中學國際部學生活動的宗旨。依托愛丁堡公爵青年獎勵計劃 (Duke of Edinburgh International Awards)，我們將體育運動、社團活動、校內義工、規劃指導結合在一個生態圈中，為所有學生提供發展自我的機會、接受身心健康教育、實現學術成長及個人成長，讓學生能夠做好大學入學準備。

　　Students are encouraged to fully participate in any activities held in and out of school, from which they learn new skills and develop a wide range of interests. “Venture beyond comfort zones, and keep challenging yourselves”, with this general principle in mind,SSFLHS designed co-curricular activities within art, music, sports, math, science, language, literature, business and economics etc.With the support of Duke of Edinburgh International Awards, we integrate sports, clubs, volunteering and university counselling altogether, to offer opportunities for students’ development and wellbeing, as well as excellence in academic performance and personal growth, which assist our students in their readiness for college.

　　倫華教育旗下的規劃指導中心提供涵蓋初、高中全程的規劃指導服務。規劃指導中心結合學生需求，憑借資源優勢，升級規劃指導課程，為學生提供從前期的職業探索、專業了解，到后期學校申請、行前準備等的全方位一站式服務。在往屆的申請中，OCAC幫助越來越多的孩子實現規劃夢，斬獲包括帝國理工學院、倫敦大學學院、倫敦國王學院、杜倫大學、曼徹斯特大學、謝菲爾德大學、倫敦藝術大學、多倫多大學、英屬哥倫比亞大學、麥吉爾大學、戴爾豪斯大學、俄亥俄州立大學、加州大學河濱分校、加州大學圣地亞哥分校、墨爾本大學、悉尼大學、新南威爾士大學等學校OFFER。
