深圳市羅湖區華美外國語學校是由深圳市金安教育集團創辦的一所高端定位、中西融合、理念先進的九年一貫制全寄宿國際化學校?？傄巹澱嫉孛娣e55000平方米，建筑面積50000平方米。學校位于梧桐山風景區，設施設備，師資力量雄厚，服務個性。
學校實施IB理念下的“中西融合 華美人生”課程體系，由具有豐富IB教學經驗的中外教師和國內學科帶頭人、骨干教師執教。該課程基于國家課程標準，融合國際課程元素，充分發揮兩種課程優勢。架構上，它包含國家基礎課程、國際理解課程、未來公民素養課程。內容上，在堅守國家課程的基礎上，圍繞IB“自我認識”等六大主題，完成30個螺旋上升、依次遞進的單元和多個項目探究。實施路徑上，以學生為中心、以任務驅動為基礎、以問題為導向、設計學習情境的跨學科項目化學習探究為課堂主要樣態。同時，開設豐富的CAS活動課程。以發展學生核心素養為藍圖，培養核心素養、陶養個性品質、習養學識才藝、涵養精神智慧。提規劃生自主、合作、探究學習能力和創新發展能力。實現價值引領、思維啟迪、品格塑造三大核心任務。

王滿英 校長
Principal Wang Manying
廣東省中學語文特級教師，廣東省首批中學語文正高級教師，廣東省“名教師”， 全國優秀教師，“廣東省王滿英 長工作室”主持人，“深圳市王滿英工作室”主持人，“廣東省百千萬人才工程”教育專家培養對象，廣東省國際教育學會常務理事，深圳大學師范學院客座教授，全國工作室聯盟常務理事。
1993 年調入深圳工作，來深工作已 28 年，先后在羅湖高級中學、羅湖外語學校、翠園教育集團·松泉實驗學校等 6 所學校開展了卓有成效的教育教學和教育管理工作，具有高中、初中、小學各學段的教育管理經驗，歷任羅湖區紅桂中學副校長、羅湖外語學校副校長、翠園教育集團·松泉實驗學校校長、深圳市羅湖區人民政府督導室專職督學等職務。
